About the Hokusetsu
We fouunded in 1872 and 2022 years was our 150th anniversary.
We stablished Hazu sake brewery ltd.In 1945.In1993 the company Changed name to Hokusetsu sake brewery located Sado Niigata.Niigat's "Koshitanrei"and "Gohyakumangoku" very especial rice are used to brewing Hokusetsu sake and it's Toki-certified rice that becomes Junmai daiginjo and Daiginjo.Skilled techniques that have been preserved and passed down since our founding.Tradition and innovation are exactly what makes Hokusetsu Sake Brewery a challenger.
